Introducing Penny Chic by Shauna Miller

In case you haven’t been following on Twitter or Instagram, I’m so excited to announced that one of my best blogger friends in LA has launched a dress line on Walmart.com. Introducing the Penny Chic by Shauna Miller collection. It’s a line of LBDs that all retail for, wait for it… $20 each! And they certainly don’t look like they’re only twenty bucks. I wore the peplum style while at New York Fashion Week, and it fit right with my luxe surroundings at the Empire Hotel.

I’ve been staying at the Empire for three seasons now. You might know it as Chuck Bass’ hotel from Gossip Girl. I think of it as my retreat right across the chaos of fashion week at Lincoln Center. Shauna and I actually both stayed there this season. So I got to wear her dress while sipping cocktails in the lobby bar before the collection was available online. That’s one of the perks of having such a talented friend!
