Over the summer, I introduced you to my top 5 workouts. I wish I was one of those people who loved going to the gym. The fact is, it seems like such a chore. So instead, I focus on things I actually like doing. That’s why I loved this Old Navy tank: Be Happy, Be Bright, Be You.
Think about what makes you happy. For me, it’s the outdoors and hanging out with friends. So instead of going to happy hour I’ll suggest a hike. Or I’ll swap brunch for trying out a new class with my girlfriends.

Set realistic expectations. I know I won’t work out five times a week. But some form of exercise three times a week is doable. If the week is about to end and I haven’t completed three workouts, I’ll lay down with Bunny and do some sit-ups. Every little bit counts!
