I caught up with the gorgeous Karlie Kloss at Victoria’s Secret’s swim launch in LA. We chatted about achieving that perfect bronzed VS look, fashion tips and insecurities, yes, even models have body issues!. Then, I talked to Jimmy Coco, who spray tans all the Angels before the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. He told me a tip to make your legs looks almost as long as Karlie’s! Hope these tips help you get that bronzed look this weekend!

Last week, I had the pleasure of hosting Bebe’s first Girls Who Lunch event. We invited some of LA’s most stylish bloggers and tastemakers to Bouchon for an afternoon of my two favorite things: food and fashion. Before lunch, we got to preview Bebe’s new collection, which is majorly adorable. The pieces are the perfect blend of sweet, sexy and sophisticated. Then, we sat down at a table of roses—complete with lounge chairs for our cell phones!—and chatted about our favorite items (I’m loving all the yellow!). (more…)

I kicked off this awards weekend at QVC’s annual Oscars bash. It was so much fun partying with some of my blogger babes on the red carpet and seeing fabulous stars in QVC’s live show. When deciding what to wear for the star-studded event, I was inspired by the deep pink hues I fell in love with this past fashion week. If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you know my passion for peplum. And lace, being one of spring’s biggest trends, was perfectly on point for the evening.
I’ve been watching Project Runway since designer Jay McCarroll and my high school friend, model Julia Beynon, won in Season 1. And I’ve been hooked ever since. One of my favorite episodes is the HP Challenge, where designers use HP computers to create prints, which are later turned into custom textiles. So imagine my excitement when I was asked to speak at the Project Runway Designer Reunion pre-event panel during fashion week! (more…)
