A white dress screams summer. And this is one of my faves that I bring out every year. The embellished neckline means you don’t need too much accessorizing. But to dress it up for meetings I added some gold at my wrist and a tweed blazer. These nude platforms do wonders for lengthening legs.

A colorful jacket is the perfect topper to a neutral outfit. Since my blazer is cropped, I played with lengths by layering it over a longer silk tank and skinny jeans. Leopard peep-toes and stacked friendship bracelets added a touch of flavor.

Staple Used: Bright Tweed Jacket
When I originally bought these paisley shorts I thought I’d be wearing them with tanks and lightweight sweaters to the beach. But the yellow and coral print made me want to colorblock… so I did with another shorts suit. The beauty of adding a blazer to shorts (even ones with crazy prints!) is it instantly adds polish. To add a little height I went with a chunky wooden sandal, then finished it off with layered gold jewelry.
