I wasn’t a fan of geometry in high school. Maybe if my teacher had worn some of these clothes while lecturing about shapes I would have been more interested.

Some capes can be chic. But more often than not, they come across looking like something out of a fairy tale or comic book. The majority of capes in Paris only seemed suitable for last year’s Superheroes-themed Met Gala.

I didn’t mind when Carrie Bradshaw skipped around NYC in a bandeau top. But no offense, I just really don’t feel like seeing everyone‘s stomach when I step out to get a green tea latte. Bare midriffs should stay in Britney Spears’ Circus.

I could have done without the quilted comforter wraps, but I loved the quilted leather looks at Balmain and Alexander Wang. It was a cool mix of classic and edgy.
The quilted purses at Louis Vuitton were much more interesting than the boring LV brown monogram and I don’t think a classic (not plastic!) Chanel purse will ever go out of style
