ttF Fashion Staples Month #18 Summary: June White Hot
I called this moth Jetset June on Twitter because I was barely home! But my whites easily transitioned from Los Angeles to Mexico to New York to Miami. And I could easily go all summer in these staples. The eyelet blouse kept me cool, the white leather skirt was understated but sexy and who knew you could get so much use out of a lace blazer? And the best part was the materials were all suitcase friendly.

ttF Fashion Staple: White Leather Skirt
Something about the print of this top always makes me think of Palm Beach. Had I still been in Miami, I probably would have punched up the color with a bright lip or shoe. But I needed to tone it down for a sushi dinner in LA. So I stuck with taupe and white, and had my fun by playing with different textures.

ttF Fashion Staple: Neutral Beaded Necklace
The last time I wore this dress was to a Malibu bridal shower for Giuliana Rancic (then DePandi). It just goes to show that a printed sun dress never goes out of style. Today, I updated the old piece with my new bauble necklace and Nine West espadrilles. I love shoes that add height while remaining comfortable and these 5-inchers do just the trick! Plus, the gold specs dress things up a bit, perfect for meeting an old friend for lunch.

After traveling for so long, being back in LA is a whirlwind. Today I needed an outfit to take from meetings to pulls for my upcoming shoot. I tucked in my comfy white blouse to a sailor inspired skirt and strapped on my trusty wooden platforms to run around in style.

ttF Fashion Staple: White Cage Heels
I guess this is a last-night-in-Miami dress. I wore it my final night last August and this trip simply swapped the shoes and did dangling earrings instead of a statement bracelet. After a delish dinner at Kane Steakhouse, we headed back to our hotel and partied at LIV to see Tiesto. Although after 12 days of traveling I’m happy to go home, I’m sad to leave Miami!
