When it comes to easy early Fall weekend outfit staples, I pretty much have a classic uniform. You can usually find me in a camisole, cozy duster, high waist jeans and booties. It’s a simple formula that works weekend after weekend. You just have to switch up the colors to create different looks.
My go-to camisole
I’ve been wearing J. Crew camisoles for years. They used to have the best silk camisoles. I had them in every color and wore them till they fell apart. Unfortunately, I discovered they no longer make them when it was time for me to replace my collection. While I liked the fabric from the old version better, I prefer the fit of their new v-neck camisoles. They have adjustable straps, which makes them easier to wear with different strapless bras.

Duster cardigans
I’m all about duster cardigans for early fall. Sometimes it’s too warm for a big cozy sweater. But you want to bring along something when it gets chilly. I like how duster cardigans (which are essentially just longer cardigans) give a relaxed feel when you let them slide off your shoulders. It’s also great for date night since you can stay warm but still show a slip of skin! When I was in NY, I wore this ribbed knit duster ($129) with my camisole to my friend’s bbq then layered it over a tee to keep cozy on the plane ride home.
My comfy high-waist jeans
I have an assortment of high-waist denim. But my L’Agence Audrina jeans are by far the most comfortable. Since they have a bit of stretch, the high waistband doesn’t dig into your stomach or hips when you sit down. I also like the cropped style for fall, since they work great with booties.
Very stylish match, I love these clothes.
