All my mom friends warned me about postpartum hair loss, but thankfully, it wasn’t too bad 🙏🏼. Here are the three things I think really helped:

💛 Started taking hair supplements as soon as I got home from the hospital.
💛 Used a scalp serum weekly to keep my hair healthy.
💛 Barely applied heat to avoid extra breakage.

I rang in the New Year in Colorado with family and friends. It feels like forever ago. So much has happened since then—so much loss. And yet, we’re still in January. If these past few weeks have taught me anything, it’s to never take anything for granted.
