Peplum is one of my absolute favorite trends this season. You’ll be seeing it a couple more times in my fashion week outfit diary and I’m happy to report the trend isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Nicole Miller’s Spring 2013 runway was full of peplum! It also featured modern floral prints, so it looks like I’ll be wearing today’s top into next year.

Speaking of trends not going anywhere, summer leather continues to be on point, as I saw at Nicole Miller, W118 by Walter Baker  and Yigal Azrouël (for now let me suggest this skirt I featured as a staple).

My favorite part about Yigal were the minimalist chic dresses, which will serve as ideal backdrops for some serious statement jewelry… perhaps a piece from Samantha Wills, who teamed up with Sole Society to host a lovely event that ended my Day 2.
