ttF Fashion Staple: Bandeau Top
I usually wear this skirt at my waist. It helped create one of my fave outfits in January. But the stretchy fabric allows you to wear it as a strapless too (as you can see in this post where I used the gray version as a dress).

To make the skirt a little fancier, I layered the bandeau bustier on top to create a more cocktail style dress. I wanted to go with my watercolor peep toes but the unseasonably cold rain led me in the direction of pumps and tights for tonight’s Unregrettable Evening with Whitney Port.
