ttF Fashion Staple: Beaded Belt
With midi skirts all the rage, I brought back out this vintage tribal piece to attend Ippolita’s jewelry party last night (check back tomorrow for a peek at the scene). Over the summer, I wear it as a strapless dress and in colder seasons use as a skirt. For this occasion, I did the latter. Then I upped the tribal glam vibe with gold accessories: my beaded belt staple and a lia sophia necklace worn backwards. The front is gorgeous, but I felt the textured side went better with the outfit. On bottom, I thought about doing a simple shoe but I figured the rest of my look was eccentric so why not go the whole nine yards? Plus, I haven’t worn these rose sandals in forever and they’re too pretty to sit in my closet for so long.
