She tells me she “was drawn to the colorful feather-print and vintage feel of this piece.”

Here’s what the Budget Babe had to say about the outfits she created…

1. I simply paired the dress with my favorite embellished gladiator sandals for a cute, casual summer look. I’m ready for some weekend shopping or a BBQ with friends.

2. This is what I’d call my festival look– the addition of a denim Topshop jacket and Xhilaration boots makes this outfit something I’d wear to an outdoor concert.

3. I’m wearing the dress as a tunic with white jeans and nude sandals by Chinese Laundry, an easy look for brunch or grabbing lunch at outdoor cafe. White pants say summer!

4. I layered the dress over Aqua leggings, topped it with a Norma Kamali for Walmart boyfriend blazer and added black Gap ballet flats. This passes as business casual in my line of work. I’m planning on wearing it to an art gallery opening next week, too.

5. I’ve layered the dress over skinny blue jeans from Uniqlo and added Mossimo red patent peep toe heels. This is my “happy hour” look as the jeans keep it casual but the shoes say party time.

6. This is my fashion-y look, appropriate for cocktails with friends or date night with the boyfriend. The cropped jacket keeps it demure while the wide-strap heels add interest. I’d add textured tights to this look on a cooler evening
