Staple Used: Sleeveless Peplum Top
Wearing a peplum top with a fuller skirt is tricky. Since you already have volume at your waist, you want your bottom to be fairly streamlined. But you can get away with a pleated maxi, as long as it’s sheer. This one is actually a dress I layered under my top and belted to avoid looking bulky (you can see the original by subscribing to my Facebook and looking under OOTD).
Inspired by my DIY star mani, I accented the cool colors with silver, mixing different gemstones for a modern mermaid look.

[...] We caught one of our favorite LA bloggers, Sydne Summer of Sydne Style sporting a blue peplum top in three fabulous ways.
