As far as I know, Giorgio Armani didn’t have the Lakers on his mind when creating Armani Privé’s Couture Spring 2009 collection. But I guess since I’m from Los Angeles, the four pieces above instantly made me think of Kobe Bryant & Co. That got me thinking about the boring uniform I usually wear when I watch basketball games.

Armani’s purple and gold pieces inspired me to glam up my sports attire. OK, so I won’t be wearing this ensemble for every game, but it’s perfect in case I decide to go for drinks after the Lakers win.
