Kristin Cavallari stepped out in a Pleasure Doing Business 4 Band Stripe Skirt ($99) this week in New York (#7).  I would have liked her look but the stripes don’t require a belt.

I prefer bandage style skirts worn with a top tucked in, as Rihanna (#2) and Rashida Jones (#6) did with their Pleasure Doing Business 3 Band ($110) version earlier this year.

While black and white is a classic, adding a pop of color like the Teen Vogue model at Fashion’s Night Out (#8) can be fun. Just don’t add pink with your bra like Rihanna (#5).
