ttF Fashion Staples Series Diary: Sequined Sweats
I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant about the sweatshirt trend. But one fabulous piece changed my mind—and it was under $20! When I saw this top at Forever 21 it reminded me of Alexandre Herchcovitch’s football themed spring runway. I was mesmerized how the designer was able to take such a masculine sport and create such feminine pieces. And I think the sequins and tulle combined with the sweatshirt material really captures that. Plus, the loose fit was perfect for a night of gorging on margaritas and fajitas at El Coyote.
