ttF Fashion Staple: Blue Suede Heels
Audi always has the best kick offs to award shows. In fact, last year’s Emmys bash made my Top 10 Favorite Moments of 2010! So immediately after the Lakers beat the Knicks, my friend Jamie and I rushed to Cecconi’s for Audi & J. Mendel’s party, doing a quick wardrobe switch from game gear to party gear in the car. My dress didn’t photograph too well. You can see a better pic of it here. To switch it up from how I wore it over the summer, I added a statement necklace and went matchy-matchy with blue heels. This morning, when I looked at celebrity pics online I saw one of my fave fashionistas, Kerry Washington, had the same monochromatic blue idea across the country!
The party was a blast, as always. Although we missed Kate Bosworth and my fave vampire, Alexander Skarsgard, we arrived the same time as Matthew Morrison (he was at the game too) and got to see Sophia Bush looking gorgeous in Oliver Tolentino and Zac Efron dancing up a storm with his new shaved head. But my favorite part was seeing the collection of J. Mendel gowns up close and personal. It makes me so excited for Sunday’s Golden Globes red carpet!

Thanks Tiffany. Changing in the car was a bit of a challenge but the flowy style made it a little easier. It certainly was a fashion adventure!
