For those of you who haven’t seen my spread in Regard Magazine make sure to check it out! I’m in Issue 7 with the sexy Gilles Marini on the cover. I had such a blast shooting so I figured I’d do a little behind-the-scenes recap of the day. It kicked off with hair and makeup by the über talented Valerie Noble. I was a little hesitant when she told me she was going to start off the day with pink eyeshadow but the result was gorgeous!

Dimitry Loiseau pulled so many goodies from Arcade Boutique that we ended up shooting 6 fab looks. First up was a Mason checked strapless cinched together with a Meredith Wendell colorblock belt. We added my Steve Madden shoes and a flower ring for an extra pop of color.
This Mara Hoffman leopard dress was one of my favorites. The cinched button down style was conservative in front but it featured a slit in the back for a sexy slip of skin.
I also fell in love with this Yigal Azrouel dress. I’m not usually a pink person but the shape was so pretty! Plus, the crinkly fabric is perfect for travel. Bunny liked it too. She kept trying to get into every shot. I guess it’s all those America’s Next Top Model marathons I leave on for her when I’m gone.
Speaking of ANTM I have a whole new found respect for those models. Smizing is hard! You usually see me smiling on ThinkThruFashion. That’s because it’s way easier than closing your mouth and showing emotion through your eyes. Luckily, Dimitry was such a great photographer and made me feel comfortable at the shoot. And of course, we had to do a little tweeting between shots..
In the last look, we incorporated one of the heels I received from Sole Society to top off this ridiculously perfect Yigal Azrouel dress. I love the mix of high and low.
