ttF Fashion Diary: Kiss From a Rose

ttF Fashion StapleBlack Rose
Flower pins are so incredibly versatile. Last night, I used mine to give a little something extra to a basic black clutch. The best part about this DIY is it’s temporary. It doesn’t ruin the handbag and you can experiment with different colors. Since I had purple shoes, I went with my black and gold rose staple to add some shine to my dinner date outfit.

I love everything about this outfit! Jacket is super cute and versatile, love the denim leggings, the shine of the top, the shoes, and the flower pin! Silly question but how do you attach the pin to your bag without ruining it? You look fabulous!

Thanks! Not a silly question at all. Most flower brooches have a pin and a clip. I used the clip part to attach to the clutch so I didn’t ruin the leather. In the past, I’ve also used velcro: http://www.thinkthrufashion.com/2011/02/ttf-fashion-diary-oscars-with-qvc/
