A basic LBD is the most versatile piece you’ll ever own. This is my going out LBD. I’ll wear it alone, or with tights, with a leather jacket or, like I did tonight, more feminine accents like a lace blazer. To contrast with the girlie material, I added edgier accessories with spikes, studs and chains.

I love how you contrasted the feminine lace with those edgy spiked accessories. I just bought a similar lace blazer on OfferUp for half the retail price while scrolling through listings last weekend. It’s become my go-to for when I want to dress up but still feel comfortable.
