ttF Fashion Staple: Canvas Belt
What do you wear to an all-day block party under the intense sun? Well, as little as possible. But although The Hudson Block Party reminded my friends and I of Coachella, West Hollywood isn’t exactly the desert. So we weren’t about to party in our our bikinis. A lightweight romper I bought last year was a more appropriate alternative. And the army green color was a great conversation starter, too. It was the topic of debate between my friends whether I looked more military or safari (the conclusion was a Columbian druglord’s girlfriend. Not sure about that one!) and one guy even saluted me as I got some mac ‘n’ cheese from Baby Blues BBQ. All in all, it was a very fun day. Hope everyone had a fab weekend!
