Tibi is known for prints. So it was quite surprising when designer Amy Smilovic opened with a slew of solids. I watched from the American Express Skybox as a sherbet shorts suit was followed by fluid white dresses, pops of pistachio and aqua and rich marigold and cobalt blue. In fact, there was only one pseudo print in the entire collection: a black and green backdrop with white design, which was used in dresses, top and a maxi skirt.
