ttF Fashion Staple: Red Exotic Bag and Burgundy Platforms
It’s not every day you get to have dinner with fabulous designers at the Beverly Wilshire. But last night, I was invited to a Tiffany & Co. dinner with Richard Lambertson and John Truex, who are the creative geniuses behind Tiffany Leather. The set up was gorgeous. After viewing the handbags, each one more delightful than the next, we sat overlooking Rodeo Drive with a perfect view of the Tiffany & Co. store. I went with a similar look as this one from September, adding red accents for a pop against the camel. At the end of the evening, we each left with a special treat. I plan on using mine as staple next month. I can’t wait for you guys to see!

I cannot believe there are 2 people: Lambertson and Truex – who really exist! Who knew? I can’t wait to see what they gave you. I love the vintage Lambertson/Truex purses. I see them on Ebay occasionally. I just bought a red leather foldover clutch from someone raving about it on Open Sky. I got it yesterday and it is to-die-for. Beige is the right idea to wear with the purse; too bad I don’t look good in beige…but maybe gray or all brown. It appears to be winter here in Washington, DC, in October! Enjoy L.A.!
I love gray and red together. Definitely a great alternative!
You look stunning in this dress. Seriously. Wow. The camel with the red is beyond. xo
