ttF Fashion Staple: Oversize Black Clutch
Peplum is a huge trend for spring. So I decided to get a head start and try it out for dinner at the Peruvian restaurant, Picca. I belted a ruffle blouse to give it more of an hourglass shape and kept it skinny on bottom with textured denim. A classic pair of heels helped elongate the look.
