To celebrate the launch of the new Mad Men collection, Banana Republic hosted an intimate party at the home of Don and Betty Draper’s daughter, Sally, aka Kiernan Shipka. It was such a pleasure getting to meet Mad Men costume designer Janie Bryant and Banana Republic Creative Director Simon Kneen as I previewed the new line, which launches today. It’s a country club chic version of the fall collection and I can’t wait to shop it!

As for what I wore, I embraced my inner Mad Men with a quick DIY project…

Starting with the detachable faux fur collar of my cardigan, I used safety pins to create a 60s inspired neckline on this dress. It took all of five minutes and instantly made my look retro.
