Fashion Staple Used: Maxi Shirtdress
Office clothing rarely features longer length. But I see nothing wrong with wearing a maxi to work. The trick is in the styling. To make my dress more conservative for meeting, I layering a boyfriend cardigan on top. Belting the sweater, not just the dress, is key. Otherwise you run the risk of looking frumpy.

To make the look a little more festive, I played with pops of unexpected colors: orange, blue and red. What I absolutely love about this dress is it buttons all the way down. So you can leave the bottom undone to show off your fabulous footwear!
