Fashion Staple Used: Asymmetrical Top
The great thing about looser tops is you can use them to layer. The flowy fabric works equally as well on it’s own as it does over another top, which was a good thing for me as chilly winter air came in during the second part of my Australia trip! The trick to layering two tops is making sure the one underneath is tighter and thinner fabric. I did a collared shirt for a preppy look, adding two necklaces to glam it up a bit for a day at Watsons Bay.

I absolutely fell in love with Watson Bay (you can see more pics on my Insta from when we went back for lunch). It’s a charming suburb on the harbor with yummy seafood and a spectacular view of the city. The first time I visited we stopped at Macquarie Lighthouse, which is Australia’s first lighthouse. It has the most gorgeous park in front that was virtually empty aside from a few very happy dogs.
