When you’re wearing stripes, it’s always best to use the print to your advantage. Vertical stripes elongate while horizontal stripes widen (a pattern I use for my upper half!). And then there are diagonal stripes. The graphic pattern is amazing for creating that hourglass shape. They bring the eye across the body, resulting in a super slimming silhouette. That’s why I instantly fell in love with this black and white dress. To make it more glam for a night out in NYC, I added pops of red with my bag and a matching lip.
