Inspired By: Olivia Palermo’s Vest Over Denim on Denim

Sydne Style - Los Angeles fashion blogger Sydne Summer shows how to wear the long vest trendOne of my weekly go-to combos is a denim shirt and jeans. But I’m always looking for new ways to switch up the pairing. Accessories are the easiest way: add a bright shoe or handbag and you can instantly breathe new life into your Canadian tuxedo. Recently, I saw a photo of Olivia Palermo and was inspired to introduce a vest to the mix, too.

I love how Olivia made her denim on denim more seasonal with a long duster vest. While she went with gray and red, I did brown and burgundy accents. Another takeaway tip? The furry pouf! Simply clip on a faux fur key chain to your purse to give it an immediate update.
