Allow Me To Reintroduce Myself

Sydne Style gives fashion blogger outfit ideas with a red fedora hatIf you watched my organizational hacks video, you already know that I have stick to a (color-coded!) calendar to keep sane. So over the past few weeks, I rounded up all your feedback from my blog survey and Instagram questions and put together a new editorial calendar based on what you guys want to see more of from me. I’m really excited to announce that I’m now posting daily! There will be fresh content on the blog every single day, Monday through Sunday. So allow me to reintroduce myself (bonus points if you know that song!) with the new Sydne Style edit calendar:

Day-to-Night Style on Mondays

When I first started Sydne Style, my goal was to help women think outside the box when it came to styling by showcasing how to wear one item of clothing multiple ways. I think the most useable tips came from my day-to-night series, so I’m making it weekly! I’ll be showing how with just a few accessories and styling tricks, you can easily transition your outfits from one event to the next.  I hope this will help you with those dreaded “I have a full closet of clothes but nothing to wear” feelings when you’re planning your weekly outfits. Feel free to let me know if there are any pieces you’re interested in seeing featured!

Tuesday Mash-Up

Many of you asked that I expand into more beauty and fitness this year so I’m going to give it a go! I’ll also continue to share shopping ideas and lifestyle posts on Tuesdays.

Celebrity Inspiration on Wednesdays

My Inspired By column will continue to publish every Wednesday. The goal of this column is to showcase the latest celebrity looks and bring ideas on how to make star style your own.

Videos on Thursdays

Videos are a big focus for me in 2017 so I’m going to publish a new video every Thursday. If you subscribe to my channel you get to watch it first! Over on the blog I’ll have shopping suggestions based on what I’m wearing or talking about in the video. The Spring Trend guide will return in March and in the next few weeks I have some fun winter content to share!

Casual Fridays

Many of you asked for more casual outfit ideas. Well, ask and you shall receive! From what to wear to work on Casual Fridays to how to make sneakers look chic to ideas on the athleisure trend, I’ll be bringing you casual outfit inspo every Friday.

I’ll also sending out a newsletter every Friday so if you don’t already, make sure to sign up here! Each newsletter will include exclusive content including personal stories, features of how you’re wearing the latest trends and the best sales of the week.

The Saturday Six

I love a good list. From a slideshow of six ways to wear white jeans in winter to a collage of the six beauty products I just can’t live without, every Saturday I’ll be bringing you a new list. Why six? Well, I was an English major and just love alliteration so it was either six or seven. I went for the former.

Sunday Bites & Sips

This is something brand new for Sydne Style: cooking! I’ve been trying to be more domestic and learning how to cook was a good start. Many of you asked for me to bring you with me on my culinary journey so every Sunday I’ll be doing just that with recipe ideas and more.

I hope you guys like what I have in store for you. And as always, thank you so much for all your comments. They mean the world to me and I take note of everything you say. So if you have any post requests moving forward just let me know!
