Every year, Pantone comes out with the color of the year. The color of the year for 2019 is Living Coral. The pinkish-orange hue is described as “vibrant, yet mellow” and “welcomes and encourages lighthearted activity.”
I’m actually really excited about this color. To me, it screams Spring! I used to wear coral a bunch but have since donated most of the coral pieces in my closet. So I’m excited to reintroduce it into my wardrobe. The first way I’m doing it is with a coral dress. I let the color speak for itself, just accenting the look with neutral accessories. I can’t wait to wear this dress to events and spring weddings!
