I rarely look at Charlotte Russe but I saw this Blurred Watercolor Skirt ($22.99) on Ali Lohan at the party the store had in New York to celebrate their fall fashion line. I didn’t like the graphic tank Lindsay’s younger sister paired with her skirt, but I do like the skirt itself. I could see it with a gray ruffled blouse or even a white t-shirt during the day.

The Budget Babe filmed some of the party and by the looks of the new collections (Charlotte Russe has teamed up with Kitson LA and People’s Liberation for fall) this affordable retailer deserves a closer look.
