ttF Fashion Staple: Leather Leggings
Last time I wore leather pants at the office, I recommended balancing out the edgy material with soft blushes and girlie accessories. Today was the same idea, just with color. Instead of a lace top, I went with flirty polka dots. Instead of a sequined cardigan I did a feminine pearl and ribbon jacket. As for accessories, I added more color with purple booties and stacked rings. I’m so curious what my grandmother would have said about me mixing her rubies and diamonds with $3 enamel bands from Forever 21. I’d like to think she’d be proud.

I took my outfit to lunch today at the trendy Los Angeles spot, Lemonade. I highly recommend it. The food is delish. The cucumber mint lemonade is incredibly refreshing. And the little patio makes you feel like you’re away from the city and in some sweet little garden… until the person next to you starts name dropping on her Blackberry and you’re brought back to reality.
