Todayโs episode of the A-Z Trend Guide series is great for women of all body types. In past seasons, hot pants ruled the runway. Thankfully, this year, designers showed longer styles. See two ways I wear the knee-length short trend in the video above. Then shop some of my fave Bermuda styles online:
1. J Brand ($224)
2. Topshop ($64)
3. J. Crew ($48)
4. Hudson ($134)
5. Mural ($48 $23.98)
6. Current/Elliot ($178
7. Target ($24.99)
8. Clover Canyon ($211)
See how the Knee-Length Shorts Trend was shown on the runway!
This is one trend that I am struggling to style…but I can definitely see myself in those slouchy Clover Canyon shorts ๐

Aren’t those cute?!
This is probably one of the trends that I’ve always been against. For some odd reason they only look okay (not great) if you’re 5 ft from the ocean.
I’m 5’7 and they make me look a lot shorter than I am (not the look I’m hoping for). Yes, I understand that some women like the fact that they hide flabby thighs but if that’s the reason to wear them, I would recommend a comfortable dress or skirt instead.
I agree with Mary, this trend only works for specific women…Women who are tall or have proportionally long, slim legs. Knee-length shorts chops the length of your leg in half so it makes you look even shorter, and emphasizes any kind of chunky thigh you might have…
Taller women actually look great in the trend! You just need more streamline, tailored shorts. Just take a look at the leggy models on the runway for inspiration ๐
