I often get asked about my workout routine. I’ve never been a gym person. Aside from my barre classes, I try to do all my exercise outside. Recently, I’ve been looking for ways to combat stress so I’ve gotten back into yoga. I partnered with Target to get some stylish gear to jumpstart my return to the zen practice. Irish designer Orla Kiely created an exclusive collection of yoga mats and accessories for Target featuring her signature retro prints.
The designer was influenced by the sixties, which is perfectly fitting considering Mod is one of the biggest trends this season! Depending on your style, you can go for the feminine floral print or the more subdued charcoal petals. I personally like to mix and match my fashion, so I brought that into my athletic gear as well. Another great thing about the collection? It’s super affordable. So instead of meeting your friend for happy hour, you can pick her up a new headband ($12.99) to say namaste.
I had my BFF join me for beach yoga this weekend. I brought along two Orla Keily yoga mats ($39.99 each), the no-Slip towel in rose ($39.99) and the yoga block in graphite ($12.99).
