You’ve seen many denim on denim looks on Sydne Style. It’s one of my favorite trends so I’m constantly searching for new inspiration on how to wear it. The other week I saw Alessandra Ambrosio rocking a denim skirt with a chambray shirt over on The Budget Babe and immediately went to my closet to make the look my own.

Most of my outfit is now on sale. You probably have a bunch of these items in your own wardrobe. If not, I strongly suggest getting a denim skirt for summer. It’s such a versatile piece and the new version of mine is only $15! Another trend I’m loving right now is the Western belt. I went with the popular double buckle style, which adjusts from the waist to the hips.

Like Alessandra, I kept to neutral accessories with a fringe bag (on sale for only $15!) and lace up shoes. But instead of a heel I did a flat to make the look more daytime. The pointy toe helps give the illusion of longer legs since we all can’t be Victoria’s Secret models!
