Happy first day of September! While it’s not yet officially Fall, the new month certainly marks the new season. So in today’s video, I wanted to show you four fashion staples you can use to easily take your summer outfits into a new season. One is the black leather jacket. I have a few styles, and they work oh so well layered over mini dresses, skirts, maxis… just about everything! Number two is the black sleeveless turtleneck. It’s an incredibly chic way to look fall ready while still getting to show off your arms. The next is leather leggings. You can never go wrong with these classics and they’re so incredibly versatile. And finally, the trench. I already showed 15 sleeveless trench vests so below I’m bringing you some full-sleeve affordable options. I hope you like today’s video and happy un-official start to Fall!

For the white shift dress with the leggings… Can the dress fro Ann Taylor be done the same way? Would it look good? I bought it in petite so it would be shorter.

I think it can work if the dress is loose. But if it’s on the more snug side I’d prob use black leather boots instead to achieve a similar look
