Sydne Style shows how to take a turtleneck and skinny jeans from day to nightI got this striped turtleneck years ago when looking for a classic layering piece. Black and white stripes never go out of style so I wear it year after year. Recently, I’ve been living in ripped skinny jeans. So I combined the two to show an easy day-to-night outfit idea.

For day, I mixed my stripes by layering a blue and black mohair coat on top. The double-buckle belt gave the mixed prints a bit of a Western vibe so I kept the rest of my accessories classic with a black fedora, pointy booties (now on sale!) and my bag from Paris.

For night, I transitioned into a cozy, casual look by doubling up my turtlenecks (one of my fave cold-weather styling tricks!) and swapping my hat for sparkly earrings. I hope this easy switch-up helps you as you plan out your winter outfits for the week!
