Last week I had a major fan girl moment. I got to sit just a few tables away from the legendary Meryl Streep! Lacoste invited me as their guest to the Costume Designer Guild Awards. I couldn’t be more excited so I decided to do a Get Ready With Me video to bring you along with me on my day.

As for what I wore, I went with a little black dress with sheer panels and used colorful accessories to bring the LBD into spring. I fell in love with the polka dot details on the dress and clearly I’m not the only one loving dots right now. Mandy Moore presented at the award show in a Jenny Packham polka dot gown. She looked stunning! Other highlights? Seeing Jane Fonda (can we say flawless?!), Lily Collins in an incredible sheer beaded Alexander McQueen gown and, of course, seeing Meryl Streep.
