Day to Night in a Cold Shoulder Little Black Dress

Whenever I’m in New York City, I look for easy outfit ideas that can take me from a day of meetings to drinks and dinner with friends. This past trip, a little black shirtdress featuring the cold shoulder trend did just the trick.

For day, I buttoned the LBD (now 50% off!) up to my neck for a more conservative vibe. I wore my bag as a cross-body and kept a couple accessories inside for a quick nighttime switch. The block heel trend is a great shoe to take you from day to night. My sandals (now on sale!) were comfortable enough to walk around for day but dressy enough for drinks. I simply added red lipstick and a statement earring and unbuttoned the dress a bit to bring it into night.
