Whenever I think of Galentine’s Day, I think of Carrie Bradshaw. To me, Galentine’s Day is a holiday to celebrate your friendships and to have fun with fashion. And nobody exudes that better than Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex and the City.
So this Galentine’s Day, I’m asking myself, what would Carrie wear? One word comes to mind: tulle!
Whenever I wear tulle, I can’t help but twirl. It’s such a fun fabric that is uber girlie and feminine. I’ve worn tulle skirts in the past and they have been some of my favorite looks ever! To get into the Valentine’s Day, or Galentine’s Day, spirit, I found a pink and red tulle skirt.
I brought out the red with a matching turtleneck and faux fur coat. Then I used a blush bag and nude pumps as neutral accents. If it’s colder where you live, you can always wear boots underneath to keep warm. Carrie would totally approve.

In the past, I’ve always been at fashion week for Galentine’s Day. But this year, I’ll be back in LA. I can’t wait to celebrate with my besties for a night of laughter and fun fashion. And with that, I leave you with one of my favorite Carrie Bradshaw quotes…
“They say nothing lasts forever. Dreams change. Trends come and go. But friendships never go out of style.” – Carrie Bradshaw

Very beautiful feminine tulle skirt in amazing colours. I love the shades of pink and burgundy on it, as well as the little beautiful flowers over all the skirt. It pairs well with this faux fur and bunch of pink roses. Very romantic look.
The second I saw that skirt the first thing I said was, “Carrie Bradshaw!” L O V E!!!!
