4 Palm Springs Restaurants I Love

This past weekend I headed to the desert to celebrate my best friend Jessica’s birthday in Palm Springs. As I’m sure you could tell from Instagram, we did plenty of eating during our celebration (you can always see a recap in my Palm Springs highlight on Insta Stories). We tried so many spots that I loved that I decided to do a recap of my favorites. So here are my four best recommendations for Palm Springs restaurants…

brunch

We stayed at The Parker and just had to eat breakfast every single day at Norma’s. Like everything at the hotel, the vibe is mid century modern chic. We kicked off each morning with the most delicious oat milk lattes, before segueing into hearty Blood Marys. The extensive menu has something for everyone from decadent pancakes to every type of egg dish you can imagine. More of a lunch for brunch person like me? I highly recommend the Crispy Cesar salad with shrimp. It was to die for!

dinner

The birthday girl insisted of having a dinner at Birba. After eating there I understood. It has a sexy vibe with fire pits and a lantern lit patio. And everything we ordered off the Italian menu was superb. I highly recommend the bolognese pasta and cauliflower crust pizza.

ambiance

We had a large group dinner at So.Pa inside the L’Horizon hotel. It’s definitely the prettiest restaurant in Palm Springs that I’ve been to. The fire pits, lighting and gorgeous chandeliers instantly set the mood. It is quite pricy but the ambience makes it worth it for a special evening. The short rib appetizer was by the group’s favorite.

late night

I could describe Blackbook in one word: nachos! Our group got hungry while watching a comedy show. We were going to order nachos but one of our friends who is a Palm Springs local insisted we waited. He said he knew the best spot for nachos in Palm Springs. And boy, was he right! The nachos at Blackbook come in a large sheet pan, perfect for sharing. Each chip is covered in the most delicious toppings, making it the perfect late night snack.

I would eat something, not necessarily little, just as long as it tasted good, my favorite phrase. Thank you, great article! With food like this and such amazing places, one trouble: after a couple of days, you want to eat again and go back again. Found a Taiwanese restaurant in Singapore – https://mediaonemarketing.com.sg/top-taiwanese-food-eateries-singapore/, in case you’re there, check it out 🙂
