It doesn’t rain too often in LA. So I have not purchased a pair of rain boots since my splurge on a pair of Burberry wellies back in college. But the other day, when it started raining, I thought enough is enough. I need a pair of rain booties I can slip on for the few days a year in rains. I found the cutest Jack Rodgers rain booties for $53! They black is much more low key than my now vintage plaid pair. The short vs knee high style is easier to store. And the scalloped detail gives them a little something extra. Plus, the padded insole makes them super comfortable.
I rounded up some more rain booties for you under $100 (you can always just click on the number in my shopping collages to be taken straight to the product). Hunter is also having a sale on a lot of their rain boots, so you can find various colors that are under $100. If it’s raining by you, I hope you stay dry!

Perfect rain jacket
This is the perfect rain jacket… literally, that’s what it’s called. And it lives up to it’s name! I’ve had mine for years and it’s what I wore this morning to take out Jack Jack before writing this this post. It unfortunately no longer comes in pink, but they may bring it back soon. They often bring back new and previous colors in the jacket since it sells so well. But it’s currently available in black and navy, which are great classic colors.
My favorite umbrella has always been my clear bubble umbrella. I was so bummed when I forgot mine in NY last time I was there for New York Fashion Week. Luckily, they’re only $20. The clear umbrella I have comes with a few different color trims. But I prefer the classic version since it goes with every outfit. My favorite part about the clear umbrella is that it doesn’t block the light from your face (perfect for photos!). Even if you’re not taking a photo, it’s nice to have a brighter face vs dark shadow, which are normally cast from umbrellas.
