Although I don’t have any Irish blood I feel like an adopted Irish. My best friend growing up was Irish-Cuban, and we always had a blast eating corn beef with her fam. I went to college in Boston, which certainly knows how to celebrate the holiday in full spirit. And I got the whole nine yards dating an Irish boy the first half of college and having the most adorable Irish BFF and roommate all four years.
