There are so many sites that show how to mimic a celebrity’s exact look for less. But I prefer to take inspiration and make the look my own. Take Beyoncé, for example. When she stepped out in fuchsia shorts and a tangerine sweater over the weekend I was obsessed. Did I go out and buy pink leather shorts? Definitely not. But it did inspire me to up my colorblocking game.
For my orange and pink look, I went with a skirt, like Beyoncé wore a few days later in New York. While I thought the blue shoes were fun, I preferred the green handbag from her other outfit. So I added my fave emerald monogrammed clutch. While B totally worked the pink pumps, it was a little too much for me. So I finished it off with nude accessories. Randomly, we stumbled upon an adorable record store in Venice when taking these pics called Vnyl. It was the perfect backdrop!
