Inspired By: Reese Witherspoon’s Blue Lace Top & White Skirt

Sydne-Style-wears-the-full-skirt-white-trendReese Witherspoon is one of my fashion icons. I rarely get star struck but when I certainly was when I met her at the Academy Country Music Awards! She’s always so classy while staying on top of the latest trends. The other week on Good Morning America while promoting Hot Pursuit, she stepped out in a top from her new Draper James collection (I can’t wait to try the line!). I love how she paired it with a white skirt, almost like a modern Alice in Wonderland.

I created a similar look by layering a sleeveless button-down shirt under a lace blouse. I added a voluminous skirt (with pockets!) and pop of color with a new lipstick I picked up in New York. Then I lengthened my legs like Reese with nude pointy pumps.
