Victoria Beckham has undeniably chic style. But I’ve especially loving the bold pops of color she’s recently introduced into her summer street style. The other week in NYC she gave a tailored pant and vest a playful punch with a yellow sleeveless trench. The colorful layer is such a great way to instantly update basics in your wardrobe.

I started with black dress pants (how fun are the lace-up legs?!) and a sleeveless button-down that I have in almost every color (they’re on sale right now). While I adore Victoria’s yellow, I went with a pink duster vest instead because I was inspired by my new blush marble planner. The inspirational quotes inside the 6-month agenda have been majorly motivating me recently. Considering this morning begins a jam-packed three days in NYC I thought “Work Hard, Stay Humble” was quite appropriate. Follow along on Instagram and Snapchat to come with me to the city!
