Embracing Fall’s Blue Trend at Fashion Week

This week’s video about the top color trends for Fall 2016 inspired me to do this head-to-blue outfit for fashion week. I was lucky enough to get to pick something out to wear to the Tracy Reese presentation and my eyes immediately gravitated towards the bold color of this lace mini dress. The billowing sleeves and mock turtleneck give it a retro vibe so I nodded to that with my ’70s inspired colorblock sandals. Plus, the platform didn’t hurt in providing some major height! For a little extra blue I added a clutch, which thankfully doubled as a shoulder bag when I headed backstage.
