I’m heading to New York for fashion week today. When it comes to street style, as I’m sure you can tell by Instagram, one of the biggest accessory must-haves is sunnies. So I chatted with the design gurus at Foster Grant about what sunglasses are the most popular this season. Trust me, there’s something for every type of fashionista!

Trendy

It’s all about fresh silhouettes this season, like flared or round frames (remember these sunnies I wore with a ponytail?). Mirrored lenses are also huge, as well as cool color combos.

Sporty

The lighter the weight the better! These rose gold aviators feel like you’re not wearing anything! Fun prints are also in style.

Classic

Timeless shapes are reimagined. Think club styles and aviators with tortoise details and classic lens tints.

Sunnies to try: Jet Set 6, Hailey, Wren

Fashion

It’s all about bold shapes and show-stopping finishes, like exotic and crystal frames.

Sunnies to try: PF 41, Jet Set 2, Addison
