After Italy, we sailed to Greece with Royal Carribean. Our first stop was Santorini. After a quick cable ride up the mountain, we took a taxi to the town of Oia and I can’t even put into words how incredible the views were. The white wash and pastel buildings contrasted with the bright blue sky literally gave me chills as I walked up and down the cobblestone streets. I could have spent weeks there and can’t wait to return to the island.
I went for a breezy little dress to keep cool in the Greek heat. To contrast the bright blue and red pattern, I mixed prints with striped espadrilles (now on sale!). My friend recommended carrying a backpack for travel so I brought out my now vintage Louis Vuitton backpack from college. It was perfect for throwing in a spare dress to take photos later in the day (more to come from this beautiful destination soon!).
I can’t believe it’s already my last day on Jewel of the Seas. Follow along on Instagram Stories for a peek into the gorgeous ship! I’m @sydnesummer.

Absolutely wonderful photos and such a cute, summery outfit! Enjoy your trip, I’m following along all the time on Instagram. 🙂
Thanks so much! Glad you’re enjoying coming along!
Spring is hopefully just around the corner (maybe if I keep typing it then it will come true) – despite all the freezing cold weather we have had recently, I’ve refused to welcome anymore knitwear or thick coats into my life. Anything I purchase from here on out has to be able to work through spring/summer, and hopefully there will be some sunshine and questionable tan lines along the way…
Hello, I think the basic dress for the ride up is the best idea. The dress that you show in the above is a very useful and gorgeous. I really want to buy this amazing dress. Thanks for sharing this.
